Support services we provide to the electronics industry include contract manufacturing to 3rd level integration, off-shore sourcing, quick turn proto-type builds, CAD or text based documentation, manufacturability reviews.

Contract manufacturing:

We build proto-type, small run to high volume production stateside including wiring harness assemblies, electromechanical assemblies, 2nd/3rd level integration/ secondary surface mount to flex and printed circuit boards.

Off-shore sourcing:

We have been contracting with off-shore partners for 6 years.  We manage international shipments as well as stateside deliveries.

Proto-type services:

For wiring harness and electro/mechanical assemblies 1-2 day turns when components are available.  For PCB or flex film circuitry 1-2 week turns are likely when components are available.

Documentation: 

Development of assembly instructions, drawings in several formats and AVL lists.

Manufacturability review:

Failure analysis, production process control and equivalent component research.
