We use the IPC/WHMA-A 610 and IPC/WHMA-A 620 standards for workmanship acceptability as a default. 

External quality results for the last 3 months is:	3.3 rejects per ten thousand produced that have been returned by our customers.
Internal quality results for the last 3 months is:	26 defects per ten thousand that we identified and repaired prior to shipment.
