It’s easy to get excited about working here because we’re located in one of the most beautiful parts of the northwest. We’re 55 miles east of Portland Oregon on the Columbia River-just across the bridge from Hood River.

CII incorporated in 1997. Currently we employ 50 people and we occupy 14,000 square feet. Most of our employees are bi-lingual, and attend classes of their choice. We adopted lean manufacturing 2 years ago and work teams have increased productivity by 30%. The company culture is about improving self, service and enjoying work.
